How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production lead time is 35 days from drawing approval. Shipping to major US ports takes approximately 18–25 days depending on destination. Full container load (FCL) shipments are faster; LCL shipments add 3–5 days for consolidation.
Can you customize sizes, colors, and finishes?
Yes — customization is our core service. We offer custom sizing down to the millimeter, any RAL powder coat color, wood grain transfer, and various glass configurations (double-glazed, laminated, Low-E, tinted). Hardware can be upgraded to German or US brands.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
